In court today Joshua’s attorney Mr. Nick Zotos was able to reschedule the settlement conference for 03/12/2015 8:30 AM. He also filed motion for psychiatric exam however court records did not show a hearing yet on that motion.
Josh is accused of setting or attempting to set fire to a Quick Trip after stealing gum from the same place. This was immediately following the shooting death of Antonio Martin by a police officer. He has been reported to have confused to the crime already. Attorney Sarah Molina is believed to have been the first attorney to visit him in jail to prevent him from talking to the police but it is believed she was too late. Josh has been mostly silent on Twitter since his release from jail with the exception of the Tweet toward the end of this blog which he asked for donations.
It is rumored on Twitter that live streamer @stackizshort recorded video that may also be used as evidence that shows him at the scene before the crime. It is believed he was caught in the act by store surveillance. It is also rumored on Twitter that his mother has asked the protesters to leave him alone and fired his previous assigned attorney prior to Mr. Zotos.

As seen in previous Tweets he had promoted arson on social media in an apparent form of protesting.
One of his last few Tweets show the following in an attempt to get people to clean up the Mike Brown memorial.
