|SUSPECT WANTED FOR ARMED ROBBERY ON BROAD STREET
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect who is wanted for Armed Robbery. The incident took place March 20, 2015, at the Subway restaurant located at 1153 North Broad Street.
At approximately 7:35 p.m., the suspect entered the restaurant and approached the register. The suspect implied that he was armed with a gun and demanded cash. Once the cashier complied, the suspects fled the location on foot with and undetermined amount of cash.
The suspect was described as a thin build black male with a tear drop tattoo under his left eye and two gold teeth and approximately 5’8” tall. He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and a blue and white ball cap with a yellow bill. The yellow bill had a gold sticker on it and the front of the ball cap was inscribed with what appeared to be “Robert”.
