NOLA VEHICLE SOUGHT IN SHOOTING of a 26-year-old male

VEHICLE SOUGHT IN SHOOTING
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle wanted in connection with the shooting of a 26-year-old male. The incident occurred on June 12, 2015, near the intersection of Orleans Avenue and North Hennessy Street.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m., the victim was walking on North Hennessy Street when the masked gunman approached and began firing striking the victim multiple times. The suspect subsequently fled the area in what appeared to be a 2015 Buick Regal.

The suspect was described as a black male wearing a green shirt with yellow writing and dark jeans.
